The Challenge
Mon Campus Tertiaire is a training center / CFA facing a dual challenge: attracting more students in a hyper-competitive sector, and resolving critical issues with its QUALIOPI certification — the essential accreditation without which a training organization cannot operate.
On the marketing side, the website was obsolete, materials non-existent, and no acquisition strategy was in place. On the regulatory side, two QUALIOPI non-conformities directly threatened the business's survival.
An atypical case requiring support far beyond standard digital consulting.
We structured the support in two parallel tracks. The standard digital track: website redesign, marketing materials creation, open house events, and student acquisition strategy.
The atypical track: legal and ethical support to resolve two QUALIOPI non-conformity disputes. Audit report analysis, response file preparation, support in exchanges with the certifying body.
Result: certification was maintained — twice. And the marketing support enabled 60% growth in CFA enrollment over the period.
