Alfred & Gustave
The Challenge
Alfred & Gustave is a luxury concierge service based on the French Riviera, serving a demanding international clientele. Private villas, yachts, bespoke events — their offering is high-end, but their digital presence wasn't.
The existing site looked like a generic template. For a brand addressing UHNWI, family offices, and personal assistants, every pixel counts. These profiles judge a provider's credibility in seconds — a mediocre site is a disqualifier.
Beyond image, the acquisition pipeline needed structuring: no CRM, no formalized sales pipeline, no multi-property management tool. Everything ran on email and WhatsApp.
We laid the foundations in order: market and competitive study of the luxury concierge sector, then premium art direction — golden tones and midnight blue, serif typography, generous spacing. Every section breathes luxury without overdoing it.
The site was built in Next.js with a conversion-oriented user journey. In parallel, we implemented a structured CRM and multi-property manager to professionalize rental portfolio management.
The engagement became weekly: business development, strategic adjustments, continuous optimizations. Not a vendor you call — an extension of the team.
